We have two companies, Prudential Life and Harleysville Life that offer Life and Disability coverage.

• Prudential Life
• Coverage available for groups of 1 or more employees.
• Life Insurance can be purchased for $10,000 to $200,000.
• Short-term disability is available with maximum of $300 a week.
  
• Harleysville Life for Small Group 2-9 Employees
• Life can be purchased for $10,000 to $150,000
• Short-term disability is available with a maximum of $750 a week.
   
• Harleysville Life for Large Group 10 or more Employees
• Life can be purchased for $10,000 to $150,000
• Short-term disability is available with a maximum of $750 a week.
• Long-term disability is available with a maximum of $5,000 a month
