Who is eligible for coverage?

Most employers with at least two employees can offer group dental and vision through The Benefits Connection. Eligibility depends on your business structure and location. Our consultants will review your specific situation and find the right plan tier for your team.

When can we enroll employees?

New employees typically enroll within 30 days of hire. Open enrollment for existing employees happens annually. We handle all the paperwork and coordinate with carriers so your HR team can focus on running the business.

What about out-of-network dentists?

Our plans cover out-of-network care, though benefits are typically higher with in-network providers. We work with BeneCare, Dominion, and VSP to maintain broad networks across Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey.

Can employees add dependents?

Yes. Employees can add spouses and children during initial enrollment or within 30 days of a qualifying life event. Dependent coverage rates are built into our plan options.

How do employees find providers?

Each carrier provides online provider directories and mobile apps. We also supply printed directories and help your team navigate the tools during enrollment. Our Employee Navigator service includes ongoing support for benefits questions.
