Workers Compensation
The Benefits Connection has worked with two insurance companies to offer competitive and unique programs for their members.
Coverage is offered by the Hartford Insurance Company which offers a 'pay as you go' option and by BBSI, which is a self insured program.
The Employee Navigator is provided to our groups, free of charge, to help with HR management and benefits. This portal provides one center place for your employees to see their Benefit options and costs. In addition, the portal can also serve as the group’s HR administration system for Onboarding of new hires, Tasks for all employees (acknowledging Handbooks, Varies group protocols, Etc), a central place to approve and track Vacations (PTO). From the portal you will have a connection to HR360, which is an award-winning website packed with HR related information and links for State and Federal Forms.
The Employee Navigator will also provide, for a fee, COBRA administration, ACA Compliance and the required forms can be prepared for you. Employee Navigator has also integrated with several Payroll firms, which make the administration of payroll an easy process.
